Administrative Coordinator

Julie Chipman joined the Refuge KC team in 2026. Julie attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in Elementary Education in 1995.  After nearly three decades of raising and homeschooling her children, Julie is excited to use her administrative giftings to serve the ministry of RefugeKC. 

Julie’s ministry and administrative experience includes founding and administering a local homeschool coop over 20 years ago and serving in her local church in various ways. Julie has been joyfully married to Todd since 1994. They have been blessed with seven children and 3 grandchildren. They fellowship at The Master’s Community Church in Kansas City, Kansas.
